We have developed large generator coil/bars manufacturing technology under the guidance of KERI, capable of producing coil/bars up to 18kV for thermal and hydroelectric generators.

Generator stator coil/bars, a critical component of the life of the equipment, were traditionally sourced exclusively from the original manufacturers for imported generators. However, by developing this technology in-house, our company has effectively replaced imports and contributed to the advancement of the power industry.
To enhance the core technology of coil quality, which is insulation performance, we have developed an insulation process and equipment based on our long-standing know-how, optaining a patent for this innovation.

• Starting with bars for Doosan's thermal power generators 7FH2 series, we manufacture coil/bars for various generators.
• We produce stator coils for hydroelectric generators certified by MHPS in Japan.
• To improve coil/bars quality, our company has obtained patents (No. 10-1757143 and others) for the manufacturing processes and equipment through technological development.
